Welcome to Arlington Bin Cleaning! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Arlington Bin Cleaning provides professional trash bin cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. Our services are available on a monthly,bi-monthly, quarterly, or one-time basis, each with its own service commitment.

Service Plans
  • Monthly Service: One cleaning every four weeks, billed on the first of every month. No ongoing commitment; however, cancellation does not relieve you of payment for services already rendered. If you cancel after a cleaning has been completed, any unpaid installments for that cleaning remain due and must be paid in full at the time of the cancellation.
  • Bi-Monthly Service One cleaning every eight weeks, billed on the first of every month. No ongoing commitment; however, cancellation does not relieve you of payment for services already rendered. If you cancel after a cleaning has been completed, any unpaid installments for that cleaning remain due and must be paid in full at the time of the cancellation.
  • Quarterly Service: One cleaning every twelve weeks, billed on the first of every month. No ongoing commitment; however, cancellation does not relieve you of payment for services already rendered. If you cancel after a cleaning has been completed, any unpaid installments for that cleaning remain due and must be paid in full at the time of the cancellation.
  • One-Time Service: No ongoing commitment. Payment is due before service completion.

2. Scheduling and Access

Customers must ensure trash cans are empty and accessible on the scheduled cleaning day. If access is restricted (e.g., locked gates, cans not curbside), the service may be skipped, and no refund will be issued.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of sign up for all service types. After that, recurring customers are charged on the first of every month. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

For recurring customers, if payment is not made on the first of the month, we reserve the right to pause future services until the outstanding balance is resolved.

4. Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority at Arlington Bin Cleaning. If you're unsatisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • If the service was not performed to standard, a re-clean or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed services due to inaccessible or unprepared bins.
  • Cancellations before fulfilling the cost of a completed service will result in the remaining balance being due in full at the time of cancellation.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee or forfeiture of that cleaning.

6. Changes to Terms

Arlington Bin Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arlington Bin Cleaning is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. While we take great care in our work, we are not responsible for damage resulting from the pre-existing condition of bins or surroundings.
